I is Another

I is another (Je suis l’autre)

Today, my post is a simply sophisticated quote by my all-time favorite poet, Arthur Rimbaud. Those of you who know me perhaps may have noticed that I have definitely mentioned my love for this exact quote numerous times.

For me, the subtlety lies in using three words to convey a much deeper meaning and express an inspiring thought, especially when it’s coming from a 16-year-old sensational human being.

The whole idea behind these words – in short – is for one to objectify the self and experience his self as if he is just a spectator (viewing his life as a mere outsider).

That’s my rant for today. Kept it fairly short, but hope you liked it. <3
